Legacy Martial Arts Hosts FREE Teen/Tween Night

On Friday August 28 we hosted a FREE Teen/Tween Night at our 10240 Coldwater Road location. Every month we offer FREE events so that our members can socialize and have fun outside of training in a safe, supervised and age appropriate environment. Building a strong community for our members is important as work hard to make a positive impact in each students life!

Having a strong community support community gives teenagers vital mental health support, lower rates of depression and a greater sense of hope and purpose. NCBI Study 

Teens and adults are feeling more alone than ever despite more connections via social media and other virtual environments. A 25 year study by The University of Washing cited teens loneliness is at an all time high. University Of Washington Study

Its more important than ever to provide places for children to connect in person, make friends, blow off steam, and have fun. Friday’s event was a huge success with lots of smiles, and laughing.
